CAPITAL FUND RAISING
For companies seeking to raise capital, we provide solutions through private and public markets. Our core team has a track record of successfully listing over 50 companies on the Singapore Exchange. As an accredited Issue Manager and Full Sponsor with the Singapore Exchange, we work closely with our clients and their management teams through the entire listing process and any subsequent fund-raising exercises.
CORPORATE ADVISORY
The financial advisory services we provide to private and public listed companies include advice on restructuring, corporate transactions, general strategic advice and fairness opinions. As a Full Sponsor, we can act as a financial adviser and independent financial adviser to companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.
CONTINUING SPONSORSHIP
As a Full Sponsor, we provide continuing sponsorship services for companies listed on the Catalist Board and guide our sponsored companies on their regulatory and continuing listing obligations. We also assist our clients in corporate transactions which they plan to undertake.
MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
We advise clients how to buy, sell or structure their companies to either grow or realise value from their businesses. Our team supports and advises clients on the strategy, planning and deal execution.

Andrew LEO
Director & Chief Executive Officer
Andrew has extensive experience in corporate finance spanning over 20 years in initial public offerings, fairness opinions, privatisations, take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring and placements.
Andrew was formerly a Director of Corporate Finance in PrimePartners Corporate Finance where he managed a diverse range of corporate finance transactions in a supervisory capacity. He has successfully listed over 25 companies on the Singapore Exchange. Andrew’s clients have benefitted from his breadth of experience and the understanding that comes from completing transactions through all stages of development and execution.
Andrew graduated from James Cook University Australia with a Bachelor of Economics and the National University of Singapore with a Master of Business Administration.
PONG Chen Yih
Director & Chief Operating Officer
Chen Yih has handled complex legal and financial advisory work in relation to domestic and international corporate finance and capital markets transactions for over 20 years and has successfully listed over 50 companies on the Singapore Exchange.
He was previously the Head of the Singapore Domestic Capital Markets Group in Baker McKenzie and prior to that, a partner in the Equity Capital Markets Group in WongPartnership. Chen Yih regularly speaks at local and overseas conferences and seminars on topics such as capital raising and listing requirements.
Chen Yih graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
