Andrew has extensive experience in corporate finance spanning over 20 years in initial public offerings, fairness opinions, privatisations, take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring and placements. 

Andrew was formerly a Director of Corporate Finance in PrimePartners Corporate Finance where he managed a diverse range of corporate finance transactions in a supervisory capacity. He has successfully listed over 25 companies on the Singapore Exchange. Andrew’s clients have benefitted from his breadth of experience and the understanding that comes from completing transactions through all stages of development and execution.

Andrew graduated from James Cook University Australia with a Bachelor of Economics and the National University of Singapore with a Master of Business Administration.

Chen Yih has handled complex legal and financial advisory work in relation to domestic and international corporate finance and capital markets transactions for over 20 years and has successfully listed over 50 companies on the Singapore Exchange.

He was previously the Head of the Singapore Domestic Capital Markets Group in Baker McKenzie and prior to that, a partner in the Equity Capital Markets Group in WongPartnership. Chen Yih regularly speaks at local and overseas conferences and seminars on topics such as capital raising and listing requirements.

Chen Yih graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Huiying was previously a lawyer with one of the largest global legal firms and prior to that, one of Singapore’s Big Four law firms. With over 14 years of experience in advisory work in capital markets and corporate finance transactions, she has successfully listed several local and international companies on the Singapore Exchange, advised clients on their continuing listing obligations and has also worked with both private and public companies on their corporate transactions and fund-raising requirements.

Huiying graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Milene has over 14 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Novus Corporate Finance, Milene was a Senior Manager (Corporate Finance) in another corporate finance firm where she was instrumental in the origination and execution of a wide range of corporate finance transactions such as initial public offerings, reverse take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, take-overs, corporate restructuring,  fairness opinions and capital raising. She has successfully listed over 12 companies on the Singapore Exchange.

Milene graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance and Accountancy) (Honours).

Sze Mei has 15 years of experience in corporate finance. Her area of expertise covers a wide range of corporate finance advisory transactions including initial public offerings, take-overs, privatisations, voluntary de-listings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, rights issues and fairness opinions.

Sze Mei graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Melvin has over 11 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Novus Corporate Finance, he was in a corporate finance firm where he was involved in the origination and execution of a wide range of corporate finance transactions such as initial public offerings, reverse take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, corporate restructuring, take-overs, fairness opinions and capital raising.

Melvin graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) (Honours). He has a Diploma in Accounting from the London Chambers of Commerce and Industry and is also a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (“CVA”) Charter Holder.

Hui Yi has more than 17 years of experience in regulatory and advisory compliance in banks and financial institutions, with a focus on corporate and wholesale banking, capital financing and markets.

Hui Yi graduated with a Master of Arts from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London. She holds a post-graduate Legal Practice Course from The College of Law London.
